At Plato Limpio we offer courses that help you understand the impact of food waste and how to reduce it in your daily life.


We train teachers, students, families, and kitchen teams with practical and digital tools to change habits.


The goal: to generate a positive social, environmental and economic impact from each school cafeteria.

Educate to transform

We connect the dining hall, community, and kitchen through flexible educational modules, easy-to-implement activity guides, and in-person workshops that engage the community and make it the driving force of change.

In-person workshops

We design tailored in-person workshops and training sessions, with engaging activities that involve the community and promote behavior change. We adapt to each age group and type of audience.

Awareness raising

We run biannual awareness campaigns together with Plato Limpio centers and collaborate with municipalities and other organizations on specific initiatives to raise awareness about food waste in the community.

Downloadable resources

We develop activity guides and best-practice resources to help reduce food waste, available free of charge to the entire community. We also publish awareness content through our social media channels.
