PREVENCIÓN DEL DESPERDICIO ALIMENTARIO.jpg

About us

Food waste remains one of the major global challenges. In collective dining services, kilograms of food are discarded every day without fully understanding why. Plato Limpio is an educational and technological solution created to reduce food waste by measuring, raising awareness, and supporting the entire community in transforming its habits and dining environments, generating positive social, environmental, and economic impacts.

The team behind Plato Limpio

We bring together expertise in sustainability, technology, marketing, and data to tackle food waste through prevention.

About us

Plato Limpio was created as a spin-off of Neto Positivo after identifying that, without data, it is impossible to transform food waste in school dining services.

After two years of research and work in educational institutions, it emerged with a clear mission: to turn waste into an opportunity for change. A solution that not only measures and provides visibility, but also drives new habits, raises community awareness, and adapts to different collective catering environments to generate real and lasting impact.

Partners

Plato Limpio is developed in collaboration with professionals and organizations committed to sustainability, education, and collective catering.

Our Mision

We believe that measuring is the first step to change.

We drive the fight against food waste by integrating technology, data, and culture, identifying root causes to develop transformative solutions that deliver real value to organizations.
