" This project has allowed us to take a step forward in the fight against food waste. Thanks to the tool, we've been able to clearly see what and how much is wasted in our cafeteria, and that has helped us make informed decisions and improve.
But the most valuable thing has been the change in the students: now they're more aware, they ask questions, they participate... and they understand that throwing away food also means wasting resources and harming the planet. They talk about it at home, share it with their families, and that gets our entire community involved.
Furthermore, we are teaching something fundamental: that technology, when used properly, can serve values. For us, it has been a useful, transformative experience, fully aligned with our understanding of education .
